Social Marketing

Social marketing is upon us with dealers running their own Twitter and Facebook accounts. AWE can help.

With the click of a button, dealers can post vehicles they have to their Facebook wall or add Tweets about them.

REST API

We developed our API so users could easily develop dealer and classified web sites on their own servers, with their own look and feel.

Though our service is a managed service and the backend is hosted on our servers, dealer web sites and classified sites run through our API, letting you host the sites on your own servers, create SEO urls, design the look into anything you want. We have a PHP5 script developed and ready to go for this, giving you a head start in getting your dealers connected and set up. Example website vehicle search and display script that can be added to dealer site. It is completely open and customizable.

VIN Explosion

Work smarter, not harder. If a dealer has to manually enter in each vehicle, it wastes their time when they could be selling cars. The VIN explosion function decodes the VIN and populates the vehicle data with stock information - automatically.

Our VIN explosion was developed in house, so no need to worry about extra fees, etc, to use it. The function is currently in beta mode as we constantly check the data and evaluate the processes.

Google™ Analytics

Our system will track individual vehicle views, and allow dealers to view market prices for vehicles in specific geographic areas. Using Google™ Analytics API, we can also show dealers their web site stats.

Simply add your analytics code to your dealer site, pop in two bits of info about the dealers' account into our backend, and it shows the info. Currently we are showing Visitors, Pageviews, Referrers, and Referrer Count, all shown by selected date ranges.

Vehicle Data Imports

AWE has a unique data file mapping system that allows users to quickly, and easily, map out new data files that might be used to manage online vehicle data. No need to require the feed source to format their files to special formats, we’ll take just about anything.

Vehicles can be added by hand, manually, but we can also accept a feed from the dealer's inventory manager, pull a feed from another service provider they have, or pull from their DMS (via a partner service). Virtually any format can be mapped out for use, provided is uses standard data file formatting.

Manage Your Own Dealer Clients

If you are a individual designer or a multi-billion dollar a year company, our system can help you manage your online dealer accounts. Develop dealer web sites and use our tools to manage them. We have many companies on the system now, and many started their companies using our system.

Activate and deactivate car dealers, monitor their exports and vehicle views, and updates to their inventory.You have access to download all our pre-made PHP5 scripts to use on your dealer sites, and more. We provide full support and additional support upgrades.

Craigslist Ads

Dealers can also manage their Craigslist ads through the backend. Simply click a button or two and their ads are created for copying into Craigslist. Upgraded accounts can even drag-and-drop data directly into the Craigslist form.

Call Tracking

Individual call tracking numbers are available. Use them in specific ads, or certain web sites, to monitor how many calls the source is generating, etc.

In the admin, dealers can view the caller id's phone number, the source the call was from, when the person called, and how long the call lasted. Users can also search call data by date ranges.

Mobile Car Search

Using the latest internet rich mobile devices such as the iPhone is on the rise, and we’re keeping up with it. We have mobile formatted scripts for dealer sites, and a mobile version of our back end for dealers.

We have a mobile PHP script already developed and ready to go to connect to the dealer API. Dealers' web site shoppers can be ready to view and search for vehicles on their internet rich mobile devices very quickly.
