Pricing:
Auto Web Engine (AWE) broker account is free of charge, then $15 a month for each dealer. All services and functions within Auto Web Engine accessible for $15 a month per dealer, except for DMS data polling, custom services, website hosting, and classified site inventory feeds.
Dealer Support:
Broker is responsible for dealer support and general website maintenance, and is responsible for all accuracy of dealer’s inventory. Broker or dealer may upgrade support or other options. None of the AWE code may be hosted on any server other than that of AWE except for the client-side script provided by AWE which enables you to pull in the API feed of the dealer's inventory, broker inventory, or classified site inventory feed. Broker understands they need PHP5 and SOAP support enabled to use the client-side script if they choose to not use hosting services provided by AWE.
Payment:
AWE pay-for-services are offered by a monthly subscription license only, unless custom work is done. Brokers are billed at the beginning of service start date. Any monthly services are billed at the beginning of each service month. Payments are due upon receipt. The service is month-to-month.
Cancellation:
If a Broker wishes to cancel their pay-for-service, they must request, in writing, that their service be cancelled. If cancellation request is received before the end of the billing month (if applicable), customer will still be billed for the entire month. Be sure to inform AWE ahead of time. Brokers may cancel their free accounts any time they want, though AWE does encourage them to let AWE take over accounts to avoid having dealers without any services.
Permission to access web site:
Broker agrees to provide AWE with all pertinent information to access Broker's or dealer's web site, and/or dealer’s DMS system for the sole purpose of importing/exporting data and/or maintaining web site, depending on the service provided. i.e. username, password. Broker agrees to notify AWE of any changes to this information that might affect our ability to provide service. Any changes not reported to AWE that result in errors or inaccuracies to their web site will not be the responsibility of AWE.
Disclaimers:
It is the responsibility of the Broker and dealer to post sufficient legal disclaimer information and for the removal of sold vehicles from their web site within the time frame specified by applicable law. AWE assumes no responsibility for dealer compliance with any automotive regulations whether state or federal. AWE is not liable for any errors or issues that arise from the customer or dealer.
Auto Web Engine Network:
Dealer inventory is automatically submitted to AWE's network of search sites for free. By editing the vehicles in the AWE admin, the inventory is automatically updated on all the search sites.
Corrections/Errors and Omissions:
While AWE personnel and functions follow a careful process in data collection, it is possible for an incorrect image/data to be posted. It is the responsibility of the broker or dealer to notify AWE immediately of any incorrect data posts because of an error with our system. AWE will make every effort to correct/remove the incorrect data post within a reasonable time if applicable. Brokers are responsible for their own dealer client’s data and inventory.
Complete agreement/severability:
This document represents entirety of the agreement between the parties. In the event any portion of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, that portion shall have no effect on the remaining portions of this agreement. A breech of any portion of this agreement may result in a cancellation of agreement. Any fees due at time of cancellation will be collected immediately.
